Before launching RnD Building nearly two decades ago, Randy served as a project manager for major construction firms along the East Coast. That role sharpened his leadership skills and gave him insight into the complexities of managing large, multi-phase builds. Today, he brings that same level of professionalism, precision, and care to every residential project RnD takes on.
